Purrfect Pet Cafe

Please Read Our Waiver and Policy Carefully Before Proceeding to Book:
 

Purchasing food and drinks does not grant you access to the cat room. There is an admission fee for entries to the cat/dog room.

Online reservations take priority. Walk-in will only be available when reservations aren't full.

Walk-in customers will not be guaranteed or hold spots and tables especially for weekends or peak hours, they are first come first served when there is open availability. The only way to secure your spot is through booking a reservation.

Cat room holds maximum 10 People only at any time.

Please refer to the confirmation email for your booking information. We will refer solely based on the confirmation email for booking details. If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam and junk mailbox. The confirmations are sent automatically to the email you registered with. If there is no confirmation, please give us a call or email.

The customer is fully responsible for the reservations. We will NOT be responsible for any mistakes if the reservation times are wrong.

All children and teens under 12 years old must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian over 18 for entry into the cat room. The parents and guardians will be fully responsible for the minors. Any actions deemed inappropriate (including but not limited to disrespecting and causing damage to our property, ruthless actions towards the cats, deliberating making loud noises and disrupting regular functioning of our store) will result in both the guardians and minors being asked to leave our premises.

Admission is free for children under 3 years old, kids over 3 years old will need a ticket.

We have 3 online combo options (per person) – same rates apply for all ages:

  • Basic Plan: $24.99 (1 hour for the cat room only)

  • Premium Plan: $29.99 (1 hour for cat room and cafe (eating and drinking), includes one drink)

  • Purrfect Plan: $35.99 (1 hour for cat room and cafe (eating and drinking), includes one drink, and one dessert)

Although the cats have been trained and socialized, there is still a chance that they may jump or pounce on you. There are rescued animals and sometimes their behaviour can be unpredictable. By continuing to book your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the risk of accidental injuries caused by these pets. Our staff will monitor the guests and pets, but Purrfect Pet Cafe will not be liable for any injuries or damage of property on site.

One plan is NOT for one group – it is for one participant only. If there are multiple participants attending, please book for the same number of plans. When you are booking, if the website does not allow you to click + and add more participants, that indicates there’s not enough spots left for this time slot. You should be able to book multiple plans in one go if space allows, just simply click on the "+" button next to the plan you wish to book.

The cat room (cat play area) and the cafe (dining area) are SEPARATE. Following public health guidelines of Ontario, food and drinks are not allowed inside the cat room.

There is a LIMIT to how many cat treats we sell each day to prevent the cats from having too many treats. The treats are NOT included in any combo plans, they must be purchased separately in store. Any outside/unknown treats that not sold by Purrfect Pet Cafe will not be permitted in the cat room.

A time limit of 60 minutes is granted per reservation (cat room + cafe). You may be asked to leave after your time is up if needed to make room for the next reservations.

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early to your reservation. Due to the limit in capacity, you may not be granted a table until your reservation time starts.

Appointments begin ON THE HOUR. If you are over 30 minutes late without prior notice, your spots may be given to walk-in customers. If you are running late, please give us a call with your ETA so we can hold your spots for you. If you are late and arrive after your reservation time has already passed, you will not be granted a rescheduling and/or a refund. We can only hold spots within your reserved hour.

Please be on Time. No extra time will be allotted should you be late.

Last call for drinks and desserts is 30 minutes after checking in the last group of the day. For example, if the last session of the day is 8:00PM, last call will be 8:30PM. You may take your drink/dessert to go if you wish to spend more time with the cats!

Any modifications to an appointment MUST be made on the Purrfect Pet Cafe website, 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that unforeseen events can occur, making it necessary to reschedule appointments. To facilitate this process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Advance Notice: To reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly.

  • Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of the reservation time will be treated as a cancellation with NO REFUND.

  • Rescheduling Limits: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments up to one time only. Any rescheduling or requests to cancel after the first rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation with NO REFUND.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule:


To request a refund or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email at purrfectpetcafe@gmail.com. Please provide your name, appointment details, and a brief reason for your request. We will process your request in a timely manner.

IMPORTANT: If you are accompanying a special needs client, you also need to purchase a ticket for yourself due to the limitation of participants in the cat room.

 

"If your organization charges for admission, such as a movie theatre, it must be provided advanced notice of what admission fee or fare, if any, will be charged for a support person, for example, through a prominently placed sign or a notice on your website."

Our cafe charges admission for EVERY participant, there are no exemptions for special care workers.
